Shipping costs for Germany

30 days return and cancellation right
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at joola.de. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the goods in their original condition within 30 days of receipt or cancel the contract.
Returns and cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This right also applies to the return of all JOOLA items, provided they are returned unused and in a saleable condition. All labels must still be attached and intact. Personalised products such as specially made table tennis bats and goods that are delivered sealed for hygiene reasons are excluded if their seal has been broken after delivery.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of personalized products or goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
